● Read the item, its description, work products and techniques.
● Ask all participants to present the card from the deck that represents their opinion on the item that has been read.
● If a participant voted "Partially achieved" or "Fully achieved" ask him to cite examples of work products or techniques performed in the organization that confirm his vote.
● If the voting did not receive a unanimous response, or if no appropriate examples were provided, then conduct a new round of voting.
